Qingdao·SCO Pearl International Expo Center
Qingdao·SCO Pearl International Expo Center project is located on the north shore of the open water of Ruyi Lake in the SCO Demonstration Zone, and consists of a comprehensive hall, a cultural exhibition area of SCO elements, a multi-functional hall, and a central square. It is a key project of SCO Demonstration Zone in Qingdao, Shandong Province, and a landmark building integrating functions such as conference and exhibition, sightseeing and tourism, commodity exhibition and sales, cultural exchange, and commercial services.
BNBM OTAi Waterproof is very honored to participate in the waterproofing construction of Qingdao·SCO Pearl International Expo Center project, which a total construction area of 168,800 square meters. BNBM OTAi participated in the steel structure metal roof waterproofing project with an area of about 44,300 square meters.

BNBM OTAi has a waterproof system suitable for all kinds of single-layer roofing. The main roofing part of this project is made of OTAi®2.0mm thickness TPO waterproofing membrane (reinforced in the fabric), and the non-perforated mechanical fixed installation method is adopted; for the partial roofing, the 1.5mm thickness self-adhesive TPO waterproofing membrane is selected, and all lap joints are welded by hot air to form a whole waterproof layer.
BNBM OTAi TPO waterproofing membrane is manufactured by imported raw materials, and the series of products have passed the testing of national standards, and US FM certification. OTAi TPO waterproof membrane has good performance in flame retardant, wind resistance, hail resistance and other indicators. Meanwhile weather resistance and low temperature bending are far beyond the national standard level.

GF (Chengdu) integrated circuit manufacturing project is located next to Binhe Road in the western campus of Chengdu High-tech Zone, covering a total area of nearly 760,000 square meters, and is the largest and most technologically advanced production base of GLOBALFOUNDRIES.
GF (Chengdu) integrated circuit manufacturing project adopts double-layer fortification in waterproof design, and its upper layer or exposed part adopts the world's highest-end polyolefin (TPO) waterproofing membrane.
The TPO waterproofing membrane of Tianjin Binhai OTAi Waterproof Material Co., Ltd. has passed the highest standard of FM certification, and has good performance in flame retardant, wind resistance, hail resistance and other indicators. OTAi TPO waterproofing membrane covers an area of nearly 140,000 square meters in this project. The raw materials of TPO waterproof membrane are imported from Basel, Europe.
Construction method:
1, The concrete roof adopts full adhesion method;
2, The steel structure roof is constructed by mechanical fixation method.
The TPO full adhesion system and self-adhesive membrane double set up, effectively eliminating the hidden waterproof layer of concrete roofing string of hidden water; The mechanical fixing method adopts OMG gasket imported from the United States, and the non-perforated construction method effectively reduces the risk of leakage, evenly distributes the wind load, and improves the wind exposure resistance of the roof waterproof layer.

Weifang Sunshine Union Hospital Project
Sunshine Union Hospital is located in the National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Weifang City, Shandong Province, covering an area of 630,000 square meters, of which the first phase has a construction area of 280,000 square meters.
The roof of this project is a concrete structure. Due to the long service life, the bonding mortar at the bottom of the original roof floor tile paving layer is aging and cracking, resulting in the floor tiles falling off and poor sealing. The original waterproof layer and the sealing of the detailed nodes have leaks, and it is difficult to achieve the purpose of waterproofing by local maintenance, which will affect the normal use of the top layer.
In order to completely solve the roof leakage, the hospital carried out the overall waterproof reconstruction of the roof. The project adopts the "OTAi" brand TPO membrane of Tianjin Binhai OTAi Waterproof Materials Co., Ltd.
Tianjin OTAi thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) waterproofing membrane adopts imported raw materials from Basel in Europe, and has passed the FM certification of the United States. The artificial climate aging resistance up to 9000 hours.
The roof waterproofing renovation of Weifang Sunshine Union Hospital adopts double fortification. The first layer of waterproofing adopts Tianjin OTAi SR Polymer-modified Cementitious Waterproof coating 1.5mm to form a film, and then is covered with Tianjin OTAi (TPO) self-adhesive waterproof membrane. The large surface is covered with sticky construction, and the seams are welded by hot air. The two waterproof layers complement each other and provide comprehensive waterproof protection for the roof.
