The main building of Ninghe FAW-Volkswagen Tianjin Sixth Factory Parts Logistics Base project is more than 20,000 square meters, using TPO single-layer roof waterproof system, and other supporting facilities use PVC or modified asphalt waterproofing membrane.
BNBM OTAi undertakes the supply and installation of waterproof materials for this project. Its TPO waterproof membrane is made of imported raw materials from Basel, Europe, with first-class quality; in the application of construction methods, the use of non-perforated mechanical fixation method effectively reduces the risk of water leakage, disperses the wind, and improves the wind resistance of the roof waterproof layer.

Ninghe FAW-Volkswagen Tianjin Sixth Factory Parts Logistics Base Project is located in the FAW-Volkswagen North China Production Base in TEDA (Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Area). This project covers an area of 155,000 square meters, with a building area of 32,000 square meters. It will build LOC4# warehouse, joint power station, office building, training center, parking lot etc. The total investment of the project is about 250 million RMB.
