Since OTAi Waterproof established, the company has improved the environmental protection of its products by improving product technology and upgrading production processes. In the production process of the product, the use of raw materials containing heavy metals and other toxic and carcinogenic substances is avoided, and the production process is strictly controlled to reduce the generation of VOCs, and the exhaust gas in the production process is purified.
Recently, SGS, an international authoritative testing agency, conducted RoHS and REACH testing on OTAi products, and tested a total of 219 substances that seriously affect the environment and human health. The result was ND-Not Detected related toxic and hazardous substances.
RoHS test items include (Pb), (Cd), (Hg), (Cr), (PBBs) and (PBDEs), etc.;
REACH includes CMR categories: carcinogens, mutagens, substances toxic to the reproductive system; PBT categories: persistent, bioaccumulative toxic substances; vPvB categories: permanent and highly bioaccumulative substances that may have serious effects on human health and the environment.
