[Abstract]:
Recently, gongbei tunnel as the key control project of zhuhai connection line of Hong kong-zhuhai-macao bridge , a double-deck highway tunnel with the largest section in the world was completed.

Gongbei tunnel is the key control project of zhuhai connection line, including three parts: open excavation section of sea area, underground excavation section of port and open excavation section of road area.This area is rich in surface water and groundwater, the surface water is mainly seawater, and the groundwater is calcium chloride or calcium chloride type water, which is highly corrosive to concrete structure and steel reinforcement in the structure.This puts forward very high demand to waterproof project.

The waterproof design of the project adopts the waterproof concept of "both rigid and flexible". The waterproof in the lining structure adopts C45 high-performance waterproof concrete. The anti-permeability grade of concrete is no less than P8, and the crack width is no more than 0.2mm.Structure surface set up flexible waterproof coil whole package, including waterproof material chose OTAi self adhesive HDPE waterproofing materials.
